The Easiest Way to Grocery Shop

How online grocery shopping saved our family hours of time and frustration

groceries, grocery shopping, fast grocery shopping

Confession time.

I hate grocery shopping. In fact, I dread it.
Are you sensing a theme here? I don’t like to grocery shop, meal plan or cook.

But I know it’s the BIGGEST key to my health and staying on track.

Fail to plan, plan to fail, right? Right.

Allow me to reintroduce myself

How discovering personal development turned into discovering me

Growth Game

“What’s with all the self help? Why do you keep trying to get better? Aren’t you a good enough person already?”

When I first started coaching, I knew one of our vital behaviors as a coach is to do at least 10 minutes of personal development every day.

I’d like to tell you I readily jumped on that train.

Or maybe I was already reading personal development.

But in reality, my response was something like “pfffft. yeah, right. Self help? I don’t need help.”

He’s got a bit of an independent streak (I have no idea where he gets that from *cough* *cough*)

He’s come home with his name on “warning” or “note home” a few times this year – so we’ve been shooting for “ready to learn”. Ready to learn is our goal. “Way to Go” is even better. “Superstar” is the top of the list.

Earlier this week, on the way to school, I said I’d love to see him shoot for superstar.

His reply?
“I’ll never make it to superstar”.
Well that just about broke my heart.

Do You Spiralize?

Do You Spiralize

…or do you zoodle?

If you haven’t been on Pinterest or reading some pretty entertaining food blogs – then you might be looking at this post with some fear mixed with curiosity. So let me help. Spiralizing is a hot trend in veggie prep. Basically, you’re taking veggies, like sweet potatoes, zucchini, bell peppers, onions, cucumbers – you name it – and turning them into curly-q yumminess.

Be Happy NOW

Don't wait to hit your goals - you have the power TODAY

Missy Beast

When you know better, you do better.

It sounds so simple, but it’s so very true. I remember when I used to run from anything that told me the food I craved was bad for me. La la la la la la I can’t HEAR YOU!! Ignorance is bliss, right? Wrong.

While I was ignoring all the research and science that told me eating tons of processed, “easy” food was not the best idea, I told myself things like, “I’ve been eating this stuff my whole life and I’m just fine”. Wrong.
