CIZE is a choreography-based workout that will teach you how to dance. While some dance workouts are made of exercises that feel like dance moves – CIZE is completely different. You will sweat, burn calories, and keep your heart rate up for the entire workout, but at the end will be able to perform an actual routine.
What if I can’t dance… AT ALL?
Have two left feet? Start with the Crazy 8s workout… I bet you’ll be surprised at how well you CAN dance. And once you figure out your dance skill level, you’ll be abIe to figure out which calendar to follow with the program. See, there’s a beginner and an advanced calendar. So newbies and advanced steppers can feel challenged with CIZE. If you’re taking more time to learn the moves, then you can go at your own pace with the Beginner Calendar. If you are mastering the moves quickly, then you can use the Advanced Calendar.
So what do I need?
Nothing. Just your God-given feet… no equipment is required for CIZE.
What are good hybrid programs to do CIZE with?
Because CIZE is a cardio-based program, any program with resistance training can be a good hybrid. 21 Day Fix, P90X3 even Body Beast will work well.
